The first two levels were planned to accommodate the factory, while the next two levels were the office space equipped with meeting & conference rooms, dining and work areas. With this dual functioning on the inside, which has varying light and ventilation requirements, the façade needed to cater to different user requirements at various levels. Playing with opening sizes, materials and screens helped achieve this and uplifts the environment within.
