Everyone feels the need to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and a holiday home is the answer for most individuals. Whether it is by the sea or at a hill station, it is the oneness with nature that attracts everyone to this concept.
100 acres of land are to be designed with a sensitivity not only towards the villa owners but also primarily retaining the beauty of the hills and the undulating landscape. We have conceptualised the design to be one that helps derive the maximum enjoyment and value of what nature has to offer, making it a place where nature and people peacefully co-exist.
To accomplish the stated objectives, the land was divided into plots that had homes of different sizes. This design was in response to their location within the terrain. Doing so has ensured and enhancement in the the quality of the experience as if one were in their own private villa. The land terrain itself encouraged the introduction of many large and small water bodies, trekking areas and a wide choice of outdoor activities, something that we strive to emphasise throughout the design.
