The project was about working around an existing bungalow at Aamby Valley with its bare exterior facade and refurbishing it within limitations. By combining the use of local stone and shera board as a cladding material ,and introducing a sloped roof ,the structure not only responds better to the heavy rain that the region is known for, but also helps this three storeyed villa merge with the natural landscape that is its background.
