The first two levels were designed specifically for the purpose of lab functions and a factory, whereas the higher levels were designated as office spaces equipped with work areas, meeting / conference rooms.
Electrolab is surrounded by buildings on all sides and at close proximity. Hence, the front façade of the building was inclined so as to lend it a uniqueness and make it stand out from its dense background.
